Champion National Security, Inc. conducts a complete criminal investigation of applicants. All of our guards are free of felonies and misdemeanor convictions related to crimes of moral turpitude. All applicants must have a valid state driver's license and maintain their license in good standing.

We require previous employment and professional references for the last 5 years. We also require a minimum of three Personal References from non-relatives. All personnel are required to complete the Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9), required by the INS in accordance with the Immigration Reform & Control Act of 1986 and are entitled to work in the United States. All applicants understand, read, speak and write English intelligibly. Additionally, all applicants are tested for literacy.

This anti-drug use and alcohol misuse policy must include a written substance abuse policy and drug and alcohol testing programs in accordance with all applicable Federal regulations. All officers are drug tested prior to hiring.

The Drug and Alcohol Testing program includes required training as well as pre-employment testing, reasonable suspicion testing, post accident testing, return to duty testing, random testing, and follow-up testing.
