Applicant records are checked for tardiness, absenteeism, conduct, job performance and reason for separation from previous employer. References are checked. Written transcripts of calls are reviewed and kept as a part of the employee's personal record.
Military records are checked and verified for accuracy. Records are independently verified to insure against falsification. All guards are free of felonies and misdemeanor convictions relatedto crimes of moral turpitude. All applicants must have a valid state driver's license and maintain their license in good standing.
We require previous employment and professional references for the last 5 years. We also require a minimum of three Personal References from non-relatives. All personnel are required to complete the Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9), required by the INS in accordance with the Immigration Reform & Control Act of 1986 and are entitled to work in the United States. All applicants understand, read, speak and write English intelligibly. In addition, all applicants are tested for literacy.
