We view the Transition Process as a crucial element in providing security. Whether transitioning from one company to another or starting at square one, we work with you from the beginning to ensure a smooth and professional transition.

When our services are engaged the first thing we do is build a transition team. We build that team around a member of our excellent District Manager Staff, selecting the District Manger that has the best knowledge and skills for your industry and your organization. Our District Manager will meet with your organization to clarify exact details of your security plan. The District Manager will walk your site; take digital photographs of key locations, items, and personnel (with your permission). Equipped with this information the District Manager will develop your security team and a set of custom post orders for your location.

With a clear skill set having been identified, the Personnel Department will begin locating primary and secondary officers whose skill sets match the requirements on your account. Those officers will then be pre-trained on your account, along with our Rover and Field Supervision Teams. Before we begin service on your site all Officers cleared to work your site will be trained on the specific needs and requirements of your location.

Upon assuming responsibility for security duties at your location, your District Manager will be on hand to ensure everything goes smoothly and according to plan.



If your location is more the 50 miles from our office we will begin a remote Transition.

We will place the District Manager leading your transition team in your immediate area to perform officer procurement and assessment. We will build a team from your local area to perform all the necessary requirements for your location providing orientation and training where necessary. We will utilize every resource available to our organization to ensure that you have the correct officers in place to provide you with the highest quality security.

Our goal is to rank Number 1 with you too. We have a customer service team that communicates with you on a bi-weekly basis from the corporate office. This contact is in addition to the communication with your local managers. The Customer service representative is there to insure quality service and satisfied customers.



We conduct weekly client reviews to make sure that problems are solved fast and that potential problems never develop into crisis situations. The entire management staff is called in to discuss in detail issues and problems at your posts. We work to keep up to date and ahead of the problems.

During this meeting we review your account. Our management team evaluates and reports on scheduling, turnover, incidents and personnel to make sure that we are being pro-active in serving our clients.
